Use this bath to soak after shadow work/releasing. As well as to honor Persephone’s journey downward to the underworld.
Directions: Bring herbs to boil in a saucepan of water and reduce to simmer for 20-30 minutes. Strain off herbs and pour into your bath.
 
Ingredients: lavender salt, willow bark, pomegranate flowers, jasmine, chrysanthemum, essential oils of oak moss and lavender, and helleboros, daffodil, and henbane flower essences.
