These porcupine quills measure between 12 cm and are thick and sturdy. 
They may be worked with for defensive and attack magic of course and may be dressed with oils of protection such as our Fiery Wall of Protection or our Crossing oil. They also serve well for inscribing items like spell candles, or a pin/stylus for poppet magic.
