🌿 FIRE CIDER
My absolute elixir throughout the year as treatment and prevention of colds. I prepare it with an array of medicinal herbs and spices. It's a sweet and tangy tonic with apple cider vinegar. It is made with horseradish root, garlic, onions, wild rose, turmeric, Hibiscus flowers and pure thyme honey.
Fire cider is touted as an immune-boosting tonic that can help to prevent and shorten the duration of immune attacks like cold and flu. Over the decades, it has become a wintertime staple in many herbal wellness bags of tricks.
I take it at the first sign of a runny nose or sore throat.

🌿 ELDERBERRY TINCTURE
Elderberry has been one of my favorite tinctures to create, I am drawn to the rich purple color and seductive scent of her dark mysterious berries. The Elder tree is a powerful feminine force holding the Spirit of the Elder Mother deep within. The basis of this formula is anchored in Argan oil & Jojoba oils; those that are known for exceptional hydration, and those that most closely mimic our body’s own natural oils.

🌿 VAPOR BALM DEEP BREATH
This rub is great for the winter months and seasonal colds and allergies. The aromatic properties in these herbs will help to open the bronchial tubes, soothe inflamed lungs and chest, and clear nasal blockages. Lavender and peppermint have been traditionally used for centuries to soothe coughs, relieve chest tightness and congestion, and open airways and sinus pressure. I have created a potent all natural blend to help soothe tight, aching neck and jawline muscles, to relieve tension, to ease migraine or tension headaches while also getting the benefits of an aroma that will help settle upset stomach and calm your nerves. 
 
 
🌿 ANTIHISTAMINE ROLL ON
This is an herbal glass roll on made blend of organic herbs of peppermint, nettle, calendula, eucalyptus and lavender flowers, slow infused in organic cold pressed avocado oil.
I did add a small amount of organic peppermint and lemon eucalyptus essential oils with the idea to help boost the antihistamine effects to help relieve allergic symptoms especially those that impact breathing.
 
 
🌿 FOUR THIEVES HERBAL INCENSE
This smoke cleansing blend is inspired by the story of the 4 Thieves:
During the time of the bubonic plague, four spice traders decided to make money by looting the homes and bodies of the dead and dying.
Even though they were in close contact with the deadly disease, none of them contracted it. They did this by making a vinegar wash and oil blend with special spices that they used every few hours.
When the thieves were captured and brought before the king, he told them he would spare them the fate of burning at the stake if they told him what spices they used.
Of course they agreed and told the king-the ingredients included herbs like rosemary, cloves & sage. Legend has it that the king did indeed spare them the fate of burning but hung them instead. It's speculated that this blend actually kept away the fleas that carried the disease.This smoke cleanse is great for banishing work and giving your space an overall cleanse from negative energy.
