This kit includes all the herbal nourishment you need to nurture yourself (or your loved one) through a wild and beautiful pregnancy.
 
This box includes my favorites for supporting pregnancy wellness, deeply nourishing our changing bodies, and creating self-care time for us as we spend time growing our babies. All these items are free from toxic fragrances or additives like you find in conventional skincare products.
Gentle enough for mommas with precious cargo, every piece will be created as ordered so it is fresh and new! What is included (please read it all):
 
1. Herbal Bath Soak - This herbal bath is a soothing, comforting blend of skin regenerating, soothing and antibacterial herbs and salts to help reduce swelling and encourage relaxation. Simply add a couple scoops into a cotton muslin bag provided and drop into your bath. I like to add them to baths already containing Epsom salts for added magnesium power.
 
2. Herbal Pain Salve - this salve is made with herbal infused oil to soothe sore round ligaments as they stretch in pregnancy. The herbs infusions offer some much-needed relief to the opening and stretching sensations of your growing belly! Just rub as needed on round ligaments or any other sore and tired muscles.
 
3. Mama Nourishing Infusion - Nourishing tonic herbs for everyday infusions that support a healthy pregnancy. These herbs tone the uterus, support healthy blood volume, ease nausea and cramps, and are rich in minerals - especially calcium, iron, potassium and vitamins K, B, D, C, and A. They help with hormonal balance, fertility, and milk production, so while this blend is perfected for pregnancy wellness, it is also beneficial before conception as well as after birth. Ingredients: red raspberry leaf, nettle leaf, oat straw and lemon balm.
 
4. Mama Belly Tallow Butter - this belly butter is made with calendula and lavender infused oil to deeply nourish your stretching skin. The addition of calendula flowers is a wonderful way to the skin, bringing increased blood flow, extra collagen production and antioxidant protection.
 
5. Magnesium Cream - Pregnancy can be a time of great joy, but along with this comes many big changes in our body, and an increased requirement for micronutrients to support both the mother and the growing fetus. One such micronutrient is magnesium. Topical magnesium is a safe alternative to help ease pregnant women ease into sleep. Magnesium for pregnancy improves sleep quality, reduces periodic limb movement, increases sleep efficiency and can even help with morning sickness.
 
6. Moisturizing Body Oil - Made with calming, skin loving herbs that will help keep your growing bump soft and supple!
 
7. Herbal Tallow Lip Balm that is made with grass fed tallow that will leave lips feeling soft and rescued for a tired, busy momma.

~ Oils and Butters subject to change based on availability and what I have on hand. Because these are custom orders, I might not always have the same oils or butters available at that time.
The only oils and butters that I use in these products are AVOCADO, OLIVE, JOJOBA and COCONUT. The butters will be TALLOW, MANGO, SHEA & KOKUM.
