CROSSED KEYS — THE LIMINAL GATE

the Keys await.
Crossed in sacred opposition and turned Widdershins,
they unseal what is bound,
they guard what must not be crossed,
they initiate those who are ready.
In folk magick and traditional witchcraft,
keys are the keepers of thresholds 
of worlds, of secrets, of the self.
This candle is a rite of passage.
Hand-poured black soy wax holds
two ancient beeswax keys  spell-forged and shadow-blessed resting like relics upon a dark mirror.
The flame releases an otherworldly blend of
wet moss · deep wood · nocturnal violet
the scent of a hidden door beneath the roots of the earth.
