The evil eye comes from jealously and envy from those that see the success of others and intend for something unpleasant to happen to the object of the jealous person's focus.
In ancient times, it was believed that the gods and goddesses were punishing those who had become too proud of their success, which in turn destroyed them with the evil eye to restore them to the level of mortals. This is the mythology version.

This ritual oil has a evil eye charm which is known to be a symbol that provides protection. The oil was consecrated on a Waning Moon phase and contains black tourmaline and lapis lazuli which charge the oil blend. Black tourmaline is a strong stone of protection, spiritual grounding, repels and blocks negative energies and psychic attacks. Lapis Lazuli is a stone that also guards against psychic attacks, influences harmony within ourselves, and encourages self awareness. It's also a stone of intuition. Suggested Use:
• Anoint crystals, talismans and other altar tools with this oil.
To charge crystals, add a couple of drops to purified water or to your moon water in a bowl and place them inside overnight. You may also place the charging bowl underneath sun light or moon light.
• You may dress your candles with this oil (please anoint the body of the candle only and never the wick)
• Anoint mojo bags, spell bottles or lucky charms.
• Add a drop or two in warm water to your ritual bath.
• Anoint self by dabbing a drop or two on your wrists or neck during or prior to ritual.
