THE RITUAL
 
Add 1 tablespoon of Wild Nettle Cacao Elixir to a small amount of warm water and whisk into a smooth paste.
 
Add approximately 1 cup of your preferred milk and warm gently, without boiling.
 
Sweeten if desired with honey or your preferred natural sweetener.
 
Whisk until smooth and frothy, then pour into your favourite ritual cup.
 
Sit somewhere quiet.
Unclench your jaw.
